About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape Calling System, Ticketing System, and Clients System. You'll work closely with engineering and design to turn real customer needs into products teams rely on every day.

What you'll do

Own the product roadmap and priorities
Work with engineering and design from idea to launch
Talk to users and turn feedback into decisions
Define and track what success looks like

What we're looking for

Experience shipping software products
Strong communication
Comfort working across design and engineering
A structured, detail-oriented approach
Bonus: fintech or B2B SaaS experience

We're looking for a Support Engineer to help our customers get the most out of our suite — troubleshooting issues, working with the engineering team, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
